New Season
The new badminton season starts this Friday at 7pm. Any new members wishing to come down are more than welcome – see the contact information for how to find us. Any existing members should have an e-mail about the new season with a request for information about teams. Look forward to seeing you there!
Site re-design
I’ve been tinkering with the site again. I’ve created my own theme using a nice piece of software called Artisteer. The logo and colour scheme have been “borrowed” from the Juniors and I’d be interested to get feedback on the new design. We’re still in the process of looking at club shirts and I think it would make sense for us to use the same logo as the Juniors in order to show a united front and strengthen the links between the two factions of the same club.
In addition, I’m going to start creating accounts on the site so that other committee members and team captains can post news to the site. Check your inbox in the coming weeks to see if you’ve been granted access to the site where you can then start to post content.
Badminton Sheffield Dinner Dance
Badminton Sheffield would like me to draw your attention to their Dinner Dance, to which you are all invited.
It is at 1930 on Saturday 2 July at Abbeydale Sports Club, with a disco and bar extension until 0100.
